X-Telecom Telecom provides business voice routing and SIP connectivity services for global communication. By using our website, account, balance, routing, or support channels, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope
What we provide. X-Telecom provides SIP connectivity, voice routing, account tools, and telecom support. Call completion and quality depend on your internet connection, device configuration, selected route, destination network, and external carrier policies.
2. Account and Access
Account setup. Account creation uses standard registration details required for service operation and security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, and routing access.
3. Data and Privacy
Operational data. We do not record call audio. For billing, support, and abuse prevention we process limited call metadata including destination number, date, time, duration, status, and cost.
Retention period. Operational call data is deleted automatically every 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or active dispute handling.
4. Payments and Billing
Funding rules. There is no minimum deposit unless required by the payment provider. Paid traffic is available only while sufficient balance is maintained.
Billing rules. Calls are charged according to active rates in your account. Pricing, prefixes, and route availability may change without prior notice.
Refund policy. All payments are final. Refunds or withdrawals are not available except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted use only. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and anti fraud standards. Illegal or deceptive traffic is prohibited.
6. Technical Conditions
Quality factors. Call quality depends on equipment settings, codecs, network conditions, selected routes, and destination operator handling.
CLI and route compliance. CLI presentation must follow destination and carrier rules. High volume calling patterns may trigger external anti spam controls that can affect delivery.
7. Support and SLA
Support scope. We provide assistance with balance, routing, configuration, and technical issues. Standard response time is within 24 hours.
Complaint format. For investigation, provide call date and time, destination number, account identifier, and a clear issue description.
8. Liability
Service basis. X-Telecom is provided on an as is basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, carrier side blocking, or third party actions affecting routing, quality, or availability.
9. Changes to Terms
Updates may occur. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
